We keep our admission rate low for all our visitors, plus infants under 12 months are always admitted free. Admissions paid can be applied toward an annual membership within 30 days of your visit. To do so, visit the Children’s Museum guest services desk, or call (360) 757-8888 with receipt in hand.
With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in the Museum.
An ATM is located in the south end of the Outlet Shoppes near Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
Infant changing tables are available in both restrooms.
There is a coat rack just inside the exhibits entrance. Please be advised that valuables should not be left in this area.
Food and drink are not allowed inside the exhibit areas of the Museum, with the exception of field trips and parties booked in the party room. We now offer a snack area near the front desk. There are water fountains next to the restrooms. Guests who leave for meals may reenter by showing their receipt or hand stamp.
**CMSC is a Peanut-Free Facility** Please do not bring peanuts, or items containing peanuts, into our facility. Our peanut-free policy allows children with peanut allergies to enjoy the Museum safely.
Our Guest Services Desk staff is happy to help you with lost and found, membership questions, field trip planning, first aid, and lost persons.
The Children’s Museum is located at The Shops at Burlington between Gap and Carter’s at the south end of the mall. The museum entrance is from the parking lot through the museum store.
If you feel you may have left an item behind, please call 360-757-8888 and we will do our best to locate it! “Lost and found” items left over 30 days are donated to Goodwill.
For the safety of all, grown-ups (adults) must remain in the Museum at all times. If a child and grown-up become separated, please notify a staff member immediately.
Restrooms are located near the Party Room and near STEAM Lane. For health and safety reasons, please accompany young children to the restroom, and please use the restrooms for changing diapers – a changing table is available in one of the restrooms.
Our Museum Store is located at the entrance of the museum. Please visit to browse a variety of books, educational toys, gifts, and more.
Please note that some exhibit spaces cannot accommodate strollers. Valuables should not be left in unattended strollers. Limited stroller parking is available by the coat rack.
