Visitor Information

We keep our admission rate low for all our visitors, plus infants under 12 months are always admitted free.  Admissions paid can be applied toward an annual membership within 30 days of your visit. To do so, visit the Children’s Museum guest services desk, or call (360) 757-8888 with receipt in hand.


With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in the Museum.

ATM & Public Phones
An ATM is located in the North end of the Cascade Mall near Subway.  Public phones can be found in the south end of the mall in front of Macy’s Mens, Kids and Home store.

Baby Care
Baby changing tables are available in both restrooms.

Coat Rack
There is a coat rack just inside the exhibits entrance.  Please be advised that valuables should not be left in this area.

Food & Drink
Food and drink are not allowed inside the exhibit areas of the Museum, with the exception of field trips and parties booked in the party room. There are water fountains next to the restrooms. Guests who leave for meals may reenter by showing their receipt or hand stamp.

Guest Services Desk
Our Guest Services Desk staff is happy to help you with lost and found, membership questions, field trip planning, first aid, and lost persons.

The Children’s Museum is located in the Cascade Mall in Burlington, across from Chuck E. Cheese’s. The entrances closest to us are through Macy’s Men and Home, and next to Chuck E. Cheese’s.

Lost and Found
If you feel you may have left an item behind, please call 360-757-8888 and we will do our best to locate it!  “Lost and found” items left over 30 days are donated to Tubs4Kids, a local charity.  We also accept donations to Tubs4Kids.

Lost Persons
For the safety of all, grown-ups must remain in the Museum at all times. If a child and grown-up become separated, a staff person should be notified.

Restrooms are located next to the Toddler Farmyard.  For health and safety reasons, please accompany young children to the restroom.

The Museum Store
Our Museum Shop is located at the entrance of the museum.  Please visit to browse a variety of books, educational toys, gifts, and more.

Please note that some exhibit spaces cannot accommodate strollers. Valuables should not be left in unattended strollers. Limited stroller parking is available by the coat rack.

Unaccompanied Adults
Any adult who wishes to view the Museum without a child may request a guided tour.
