The Children's Museum of Skagit County depends on gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations and government sources to serve its community daily. By making a donation of time, money, or services, you can help make the Children's Museum a great place for kids throughout our county and beyond.

Donor Circles

We are currently in the process of constructing our interactive Donor Circle wall to the left of our entrance. The donor wall is designed to be a playful area that will get a lot of attention while gratefully acknowledging our wonderful museum contributors.

Pump ping-pong balls to the top of the four different sections, where they'll be released to cascade down around the circles. Kids of all ages will have a great time watching the different routes the balls will follow based upon the size of the donor circles. It is a science experiment, an activity and a way to show how thankful we are to those who support the Children's Museum of Skagit County.

There are still many opportunities available to gift the museum and be added to the Donor Circle wall. This might be a wonderful way to honor someone in your life, give a gift during for the holidays, or honor your own family. The boxes reflect gifts in the following amounts: (1) $500, (2) $1000, (3) $2,500-5,000, (4) $10,000 and more.

If you would like more details, please contact Exective Director Cate Melcher at cate@skagitcm.org or (360) 757-8888.

Consider In-Kind Donations

We are in continual need of various supplies including art and mixed media, as well as general administrative office materials. In-kind donations offer another great opportunity for individuals and businesses alike to make contributions to the Children's Museum.

For more information about in-kind donations, including volunteering your time and effort for the betterment of our kids, please contact Executive Director Cate Melcher at cate@skagitcm.org or (360) 757-8888.

Scholarship Donations & Corporate Sponsorship

We also accept donations to our scholarship program. This program supports the children and families of our community by working with schools, social service organizations and individuals to provide:

- Field trips for school groups including transportation
- Birthday parties for children who are homeless or functionally homeless (includes cake, gifts and more!)
- Family Memberships for annual visits
- Family passes and guest passes for visits

Corporate sponsorships are available, too.

For additional information on any of the exciting opportunities listed above, or maybe one we haven't yet thought of, please contact Cate Melcher at cate@skagitcm.org or (360) 757-8888.

Thank you for your support of the Children's Museum of Skagit County!
